Vivlinos Wine is produced from an “unknown” red grape variety found in the Pangaio region. After years of research and DNA identification, it was confirmed to be an ancient Greek variety that does not match any other modern Greek or foreign grape. After crushing, the grapes are sent to the press for direct must extraction. The wine has a bright pomegranate color. On the nose, aromas of red fruits such as cherry and blackberry, along with hints of citrus, dominate. On the palate, it is rich and fresh, with very good structure, balance, and an intense finish. It pairs well with exotic dishes, poultry with fruit sauces, and various pies.
