Refund & Cancellation Policy

This refund & cancellation policy applies to all equipment rental reservations made through our website. By completing your reservation, you agree to the following terms:

1. Cancellations without charge 

  • Cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled rental date are free of charge and 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

2. Partial refund cancellations 

  • For cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to the rental date, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.

3. Last-minute cancellations 

  • For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental date, no refund will be made. 

4. No Show 

  • If the customer does not pick up the equipment on the day of the reservation, 100% of the amount will be charged. 

5. Date changes 

  • Changes to the rental date can be made free of charge, provided they are requested at least 5 days before the original date. 

  • Changes are subject to equipment availability. 

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the reservation, within 10 business days of the cancellation being approved.

7. Special cases 

  • In cases of force majeure (e.g., ban on events, extreme weather conditions, emergency situations), the company reserves the right to modify or cancel the reservation. In such cases, the amount paid will be refunded or the reservation can be transferred to a new date.
