5. Shipping Costs – Delivery Terms
5.1. For orders with a total value of less than one hundred fifty euros (€150.00), shipping costs of thirty euros (€30.00), including applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), shall apply.
5.2. For orders with a total value equal to or exceeding one hundred fifty euros (€150.00), shipping shall be provided free of charge.
5.3. Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed prior to the completion and acceptance of the order by the customer.
5.4. The transport and delivery of products are carried out exclusively by the Company through its privately owned fleet of vehicles of ExpoRentals.gr.
5.5. Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer at the time of order placement. Delivery services are available exclusively within the region of Attica. Additional charges may apply for remote areas within Attica or for deliveries outside standard working hours, subject to prior agreement.
5.6. The delivery date and time window are determined following prior coordination between the Company and the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring their availability or that of an authorized representative at the agreed delivery time.
5.7. In the event that delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s absence or inability to access the delivery location, the Company reserves the right to reschedule the delivery and impose additional charges.
5.8. Upon delivery, the customer or their authorized representative is obliged to inspect the products for any visible defects or shortages and report them immediately. By signing the delivery receipt, it is presumed that the products have been delivered in good condition, unless a reservation has been explicitly noted.
5.9. In case of refusal to accept delivery without prior written notice to the Company, the Company reserves the right to charge the customer for both shipping and return costs, as well as any additional administrative expenses incurred.
5.10. If refusal to accept delivery is due to proven fault of the Company (indicatively: incorrect product, visible damage upon delivery), the customer is entitled to refuse acceptance without any financial burden.
5.11. The Company’s liability for any damage or loss of products is limited until the completion of delivery to the customer. Upon acceptance, responsibility is transferred to the customer.
5.12. Delivery times indicated are approximate and may vary due to force majeure or conditions beyond the Company’s control.
5.13. Delivery services are provided exclusively within the Attica region. Additional charges may apply for remote areas, deliveries outside working hours, or variations in delivery times, subject to prior customer notification.
5.14. For large or bulky items, special handling and transportation equipment may be required. The customer is responsible for ensuring proper access to the delivery location (indicatively: sufficient entrance width, elevator availability, parking permits, absence of obstacles).
5.15. Should additional work be required during delivery (indicatively: delivery to upper floors without elevator, use of lifting equipment, delays due to difficult access), the Company reserves the right to impose additional charges, subject to prior customer notification.
5.16. The Company shall not be held liable for failure to complete delivery where the above access conditions are not met.
5.17. In the case of deliveries to exhibition or trade fair venues, the customer is required to provide in advance all necessary information for the proper execution of the delivery, including but not limited to: the name and address of the exhibition venue, hall/section, aisle, booth/stand name or number, and the name and contact details of the responsible recipient on site. Any additional access requirements, delivery time restrictions, permits, or venue-specific regulations must also be communicated in advance. The Company shall not be held liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
5.18. For deliveries to exhibition venues, the customer is obliged to inform the Company in advance of any predefined delivery time slots, including but not limited to build-up, operational, and dismantling periods. The Company shall not be held liable for any delays, additional charges, denied access, or failure to complete delivery arising from non-compliance with such time slots or the regulations of the exhibition organizer or venue.
5.19. The Company reserves the right to amend the above terms and charges, subject to prior notification through this website.
