Yiannis Tselepou offers a different perspective on Moschofilero with Blanc de Gris. After an eight-hour maceration with the skins, the wine develops distinct rosé highlights and captivating aromas on the nose. Once it is “rested” for about three months in oak barrels, it gains body on the palate without losing any of the varietal expression of the fruit.
