Produced from the exceptional French Syrah variety, cultivated at 800m altitude in Asprokampos, Nemea. Upon arrival, the grapes are chilled for 24 hours in a cooling chamber and the next day are sent directly to the press without crushing or maceration. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel, temperature-controlled tanks at 18 °C. A portion of the wine remains in contact with its lees, gaining structure and body. The color is a bright pink-salmon. On the nose, intense aromas of red fruits dominate, such as cherry, strawberry, pomegranate, and pink grapefruit, accompanied by white flowers, roses, and forest fruits. On the palate, it is rich, full of freshness and vitality, with very good acidity and balance. It offers a long and intense aromatic finish.
